Our branded wood key rings come in packs of 5, & arem ideal for hotel rooms, guest houses & pubs. These wooden key rings are custom made to match you requirements & brand.

Each wooden key ring is laser cut & engraved with your requirements, from quality 6mm thick birch plywood. The size of each round key fob is 7cm in diameter, (just large enough for your guests to find hard to lose or misplace), however we can offer custom made sizes, shapes & quantities, (see below).

You can also choose from single or double sided engraving. We also supply a 20mm split ring in either silver or gold with each key ring, & your key fob will be wood stained to your preferences, (please see swatch options in the image section).

Finally, each key ring will be have a light polyurethane varnish applied. Key Fob Dimensions: Each key ring is 7cm in diameter & cut from 6mm thick Oak Veneer MDF.

Custom Sizes / Order Quantities: Should you have a custom key fob size, shape or quantity in mind, we are more than happy to make it for you, (minimum order 5 units). Please contact us for more information & we can set up a special custom ETSY order.

Order Process: Once you have placed your order, we need you to send us your engraving information. You can do this via ETSY mail, or by sending your files to mail@etchandcut.

We prefer 'vector' format files, (typically used in logos & branding). Complex logos with low quality image files may be subject to an additional artwork charge, (please enquire before purchase if you have any concerns about your artwork files).

Once we have your information, we will send back a mock up for you to approve before production. Wood Stains: To see your choice of wood dyes, please see the swatch in the image section, (these dyes are supplied by Rustin's).

As wood is a natural product, please expect some minor variations in appearance. Samples are available should you wish to check before you buy.

Samples: Should you require a physical sample before making a bulk purchase, (i. to ensure you are happy with your choice of wood dye, finish etc), please get in touch.

European Orders: EU customers who place an order over 150 EUROS, please be aware that you will be responsible to pay the VAT on the order value at your country's rate of VAT, (this is normally requested via the courier). For orders under 150 EUROS, ETSY will add your country's VAT charge when you check out.
